Yup, making my own remix to that Rich Boy track.
Jackets on jackets: definitely means fall weather has approached. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I am all about the layers.
Is it too much to layer two jackets? No way. Jackie and I have been all over the "drape" jacket look.
I mean, so chic, right?
I love this monochromatic blue look. Who said denim on denim was out? The dark wash of my jeans works fantastically alongside the lighter wash of the jacket. These jeans, by the way, are awesome and a major steal. I bought them awhile ago on Haight Street and feel in love with their super comfortable higher rise fit. Hip hugger jeans are the ultimate vomit for me when it comes to bottoms.
Thank goodness for the fall season! I have pretty big collection of sweaters and knits that I can't wait to wear. The sweater in this look was recently purchased from Jigsaw London and I can't get enough of it. I always look for fabulous details when purchasing knits. This sweater's warm wool blend and interesting construction quickly helped me deem it an absolute fall necessity. The button drape detail is super cute as well, making it a very versatile piece.
I am so into the J.Crew toothpick skinny jean. It is my ultimate favorite pair of jeans. I was really drawn to this lighter wash, which I thought was a bit more interesting with the distress details.
Jackie is the sweetest BFF and brought me back this adorable bag from Thailand. I have a soft spot for plaid, and who doesn't love a good crossbody? Don't let its little size fool you. This bag packs a lot!
I am still swooning over my Joie flats that were a super sale deal at TJMaxx. When I first saw the price, I was doubtful it was correct. Sure enough, I was in reality (although the fashion gods were definitely present) and I snagged them for 40 bucks. Whoop, whoop!
P.S. I chopped five inches of my hair off today. Boy, do I feel liberated.
