rolling with the homies
Better late than never, right?
Adrienne and I had the pleasure of working with some fab friends on this shoot. Dominic, our amazing photog, our girl Jackie on the hair, and we cannot forget Kayla's makeup skills! They make up the trio Onestone Wedding Artists. It's always awesome to collaborate with people you know, even if it's just for fun!
While everyone else was on top of things, I of course could not take things seriously after about 5 minutes of shooting. I'm weird enough in a Canadian tuxedo with Adrienne behind the camera, let alone a little entourage, and a tattered plaid maxi dress. Nonetheless everyone was down to get silly pretty early on, so we were quickly "Rolling With The Homies".
This look felt like a no-brainer. I often throw on whatever I feel like, and challenge myself to new ways of doing the ordinary. Shooting with this group was a lot of fun because I got to do my usual thinking-outside-the-box schtick with some more dramatic pieces from my wardrobe.
