Ever wake up in the morning, cringing at the thought of getting dressed?​ Thank goodness, I live in California where comfort is key and being laid-back is expected. Lazy Day Rule of Thumb:  keep it simple, while still offering subtle luxuries that pay close attention to details. 

​I like to keep it simple in leggings, which are my "go-to" bottoms on a lazy day. I recently got this luxury cotton tunic. I love the rich stitch work and gorgeous shape of this top. The boat neck screams summer weather and the oatmeal color showcase the beautiful craftsmanship of the cotton. I also like to make an outfit a little interesting, so my multi striped top was the perfect addition. It is interesting and different yet still refined. 

Details, details, details!

I kept this in mind when pairing accessories with this look. I LOVE my new MIA studded sandals. They are so cute and literally can go with any type of outfit. The studs give the whole look a bit of attitude without being over the top. I also love these cat eyed glasses that my friend lent me. Cat eyes are so puuurfect and eye-catching. I've been meaning to give them back, but they have been my staple eye wear. Can you  blame me? ​
